Sy Hoahwah

Sy Hoah­wah is Yap­pitu­ka Comanche and South­ern Ara­pa­ho. His poet­ry has appeared in numer­ous pub­li­ca­tions such as Poet­ry, World Lit­er­a­ture Today, and Flori­da Review. Sy is the author of poet­ry col­lec­tions, Night Cra­dle(USPOCO Books, 2011) and Vel­roy and the Madis­chie Mafia (West End Press, 2009). He is a recip­i­ent of the Nation­al Endow­ment for the Arts Lit­er­a­ture Fellowship.
