Noelle Kocot is the author of five books of poe­try, most recent­ly, Poem for the End of Time and Other Poems (Wave Books, 2006), Sunny Wednesday (Wave, 2009) and The Bigger World (Wave, 2011).  She also trans­la­ted a book of poe­try by the poet Tristan Corbiere, cal­led Poet by Default (Wave, 2011), and wrote a dis­co­gra­phy cal­led Damon's Room (Wave, 2010).  She have recei­ved nume­rous awards for her work, inclu­ding those from The Academy of American Poets, The National Endowment for the Arts and The American Poetry Review.  Noelle Kocot was born and rai­sed in Brooklyn, New York, and she now live in New Jersey and teach wri­ting in New York City.
