Was wiegt die Luft (Kopfstand S.11)

Was wiegt die Luft
auf einer Fingerkuppe
und wieviel Zeit
bewegt sich um ein Haar

Zu schnell für uns
der Raum dehnt sich  ins Weite
je ferner einer ruft
der eben  hier war

Und wir im Chaos
des Alleingangs wissen
nicht ob wir fallen
oder aufwärts stürzen

Im Gleichgewicht
am eigenen Faden schweben
der Spinne
gelingt’s

Que pèse l’air (Kopfstand p. 11)

Que pèse l’air
à la pointe du doigt
et quelle quantité
de temps
se meut autour d’un cheveu

Trop rapide pour nous
l’espace s’étend à l’infini
de  loin quelqu’un appelle
il était ici à l’instant même

Et nous dans le chaos
de notre avancée solitaire nous ne
savons pas si nous tombons
ou nous nous élevons

Planer
en équilibre sur son fil
l’araignée
sait faire cela

The gravity of air (Kopfstand S.11)

What is the weight of the air
on a finger’s tip?
And how much time
passes by a hair’s breadth?

Too fast for us
space expands into infinity
when someone is calling from far away
who was here just a moment ago

And we in chaos
on our solitary walk
Do not know if we are falling down
or fall upwards

To stay poised in balance
on the silk of it’s web
Only the spider
succeeds
